Hugo Blaison opened to 40,000 in middle position. Laurent Polito flat-called in the small blind before Jason Wheeler squeezed in a three-bet to 185,000 from the big blind. Blaison called, while Polito opted to get out of the way.
The flop fell K♦9♦8♥. Wheeler spent one time bank before continuing for 135,000, ending the hand as Blaison quickly folded his holding.
Samuel Ju opened to 40,000 from the hijack, which received calls from Dimitar Danchev in the cutoff and Raul Mestre in the big blind.
Mestre checked on the 7♦A♣Q♠ flop, and when Ju continued for 60,000, both Danchev and Mestre called.
The A♦ saw Mestre check a second time, but this time when Ju fired 150,000 into the middle, both Danchev and Mestre folded.
David Djian pushed in his 145,000 remaining chips under the gun. It folded to Dorian Dizy in the big blind, who obliged with a call.

Djian flopped a set on Q♦7♣8♦, but Dizy contended with a gutshot straight draw. The 6♣ turn changed nothing, and neither did the 3♦ river, doubling up Djian to a stack of 16 big blinds.
In a blind-on-blind pot, Roman Stoica bet the 3♥7♦3♣ flop from the small blind. Longmao Fan was in the big blind and raised to 55,000, which Stoica three-bet to 95,000.
Fan called, and did so too when Stoica sized up to 125,000 on the K♣ turn. Stoica spent one of his time banks before shoving in 210,000 on the K♥ river, leaving only 40,000 behind.
Fan was not a fan of this bet and passed his cards to the dealer, relinquishing the pot to Stoica.
Samuel Ju raised to 40,000 in middle position, and one seat to his left, Keith Johnson, three-bet to 135,000, leaving just 25,000 behind. The action returned to Ju who put Johnson all-in, and Johnson called.

Stanislav Anufriiev checked the A♦6♣Q♥5♥ turn over to Miguel Franco. Franco then bet 105,000 into a pot of 225,000, and Anufriiev called after some deliberation.
The 6♥ river prompted Anufriiev to quickly lead out for 150,000. Franco's cards hit the muck at lightning speed, and the chips were added to Anufriiev's stack.
Earlier during the level, the short-stacked Artsiom Lasouski could not win his all-in at the feature table and was consequently eliminated.
Raul Mestre opened the action with a raise to 45,000 in the cutoff, which only Leonard Maue called on the button.
Mestre continued for 40,000 on the 4♦6♥K♥ flop, and again, Maue called.
There was no slowing down on the J♦ turn, as Mestre put 105,000 into the middle. This time, Maue responded with a raise, making it 350,000 to go, and Mestre called.
Mestre checked on the 3♠ river, and Maue quickly checked behind.
When Mestre flipped over Q♣J♥, Maue mucked his cards face down.
It folded to Thomas Eychenne in the small blind, who raised to 80,000. Stefan Dimitrov called in the big blind and called again when Eychenne continued for 60,000 on the A♠7♥6♦ flop.
Eychenne then fired a pot-sized bet of 300,000 on the 6♠ turn. After some thought, Dimitrov called once more, and the subsequent 4♦ river was checked to showdown.
Eychenne hesitantly showed his 9♠8♠ for nine-high, leaving Dimitrov to take the sizable pot with A♥3♦ for top pair.
