Binder continued for 325,000 on the 8♠K♦K♣ flop, and Mestre swiftly folded his ducks to forfeit the pot.
Jose Malpelli raised his 10♠9♠ to 200,000 in the hijack. It folded to Roman Stoica on the button, who three-bet to 500,000 with A♠J♦. Malpelli called after some thought, after which the 9♦2♣4♣ flop was fanned.
After Malpelli checked, Stoica piled in a bet of 350,000. Malpelli called to the 4♦ turn, where both players checked in quick succession.
Malpelli then moved all in for 2,100,000 when the J♣ hit the river, putting around a pot-sized bet in the middle. Stoica spent one of his time banks before he folded top pair, and Malpelli was awarded the pot.
Picking up another premium, Bernhard Binder raised to 200,000 with A♥K♠ under the gun. Samuel Ju looked down at K♦J♦ and called before Jose Malpelli also joined in with Q♣2♣ in the big blind.
The action checked through on the J♣5♠J♥ flop, seeing the dealer provide the 10♥ turn card.
When Malpelli checked for a second time, Binder took the opportunity to bet 400,000. Ju raised to 800,000, which quickly received folds from both players.
As a result, Binder relinquished his chip lead for the first time since the beginning of Day 5.

It folded to David Djian in the small blind, who limped in. Oshri Lahmani checked in the big blind and bet 100,000 on the 7♦6♣6♠ flop once Djian had checked.
Lahmani sized up to 300,000 on the 5♠ turn, once again seeing his opponent check-call. The 9♠ river was then checked to showdown, where Djian showed A♥A♦.
Lahmani quickly added his A♣7♠ to the muck as Djian chipped up to take second place on the leaderboard.
Jose Malpelli started the action with a raise to 160,000 from early position, which both Bernhard Binder and David Djian called from the hijack and big blind.
The action checked to Binder on the A♠2♣4♠ flop, who bet 120,000. Djian called, but Mapelli folded his J♣10♣.
Djian checked for a second time on the 2♥ turn, and once again called when Binder continued for 500,000.
When the 7♠ completed the board, Djian continued in flow and checked again. This time, Binder wisely checked back. Djian flipped over 4♥4♣ to show he had been lying in the weeds with a full house, which was more than enough to beat Binder's A♣Q♣.
Jose Malpelli was in the cutoff and promptly moved in his stack of 1,515,000 for an all-in raise. It folded to big blind Samuel Ju, who snap-called with a covering stack.

Malpelli was heavily dominated and had just three outs in the deck after the J♣4♣8♥Q♦ flop and turn. The river fell a miraculous 6♥, however, and Malpelli could not help but smile as he found a big double-up.
Samuel Ju picked up J♥J♦ under the gun and raised to 160,000. Only Roman Stoica called, defending his big blind with 8♦7♦.
The dealer spread a A♣7♠Q♣ flop, and when Ju continued for 125,000, Stoica wasted no time at all in folding his hand.
Jose Malpelli looked down at A♣K♠ in middle position. He raised to 160,000, seeing David Djian call in the big blind. Both players checked the 7♣6♠5♥ flop, and Dijan bet 115,000 on the J♦ turn with his 8♥8♣.
Malpelli quickly folded Big Slick to surrender the chips.
On the next deal, Bernhard Binder made it 160,000 to go in middle position with A♥6♠. Djian found K♠K♥ in the small blind and raked in the pot when Binder folded to his three-bet of 625,000.
Having been dealt A♠J♥, Raul Mestre opened to 175,000 from early position. Both Bernhard Binder, holding Q♣10♣ in the cutoff, and Samuel Ju, holding 4♠4♣ in the small blind, called.
All three players checked on the monotone 3♥8♥4♥ flop, and the 9♦ turn was added to the board.
Ju chose to lead out on this street, betting 225,000, which Mestre called before Binder folded.
Ju bet again on the 8♠ river with his full house, but his 450,000 was quickly returned to him, as Mestre folded.
