Dave Colclough Bubbles in 25th Place

David Colclough

We caught up with the hand on the flop, which read {8-Clubs}{3-Spades}{5-Spades}. From the small blind, Dave Colclough passed the first action to Reijo Manninen in the big blind, who made it 6,000 to go.

At this point, Colclough announced "Raise," and proceeded to move the remainder of his chips across the betting line. Manninen spent quite some time in the tank before making the call with the {10-Spades}{7-Spades}; Colclough showed {K-Hearts}{8-Hearts}.

Unfortunately for Colclough, the {J-Spades} on the turn gave Manninen the pot-clinching nuts, and ended Colclough's hopes of earning his first cash in an EPT event.

Amazingly, Colclough has failed to cash in each of the 14 EPT events he's entered. Perhaps even more amazing is the fact that this is his third bubble finish on the EPT circuit -- talk about tough luck.

Colclough's elimination means that the 24 players remaining are officially in the money.
