Nagygyorgy Folds Kings

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

After a three-bet pot preflop and a check-raise on the {J-Clubs} {9-Hearts} {3-Diamonds} flop, Tibor Nagygyorgy called a bet of 10,000 by Stefan Grunewald on the {9-Spades} turn and the {5-Clubs} river completed the board. Grunewald moved all in with the superior stack to claim the pot of 30,000 chips, as Nagygyorgy tank-folded.

The Hungarian claimed to have had pocket kings and put his opponent on either jacks, queens or aces. Grunewald didn't give away any details.

Eight-High No Good

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Joining the action on the {6-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} {Q-Spades} {9-Clubs} turn, Thomas Muehloecker bet 1,325 and Juan Riera called from one seat over to see the {4-Hearts} river. Muehloecker as well as his opponent from Spain both checked and the Austrian turned over {8-Spades} {5-Spades} for a busted gut shot. Riera also just had a straight draw and won the pot with jack-high, turning over the {J-Hearts} {10-Diamonds}.

Heitmann Chops with Ace King

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Martin Staszko opened to 700 and [Removed:414], who had qualified on PokerStars, clicked it to 2,000. Jan Heitmann now four-bet to 8,000 and quickly put around 28,000 of his stack at risk when Beumers got it in, Staszko had folded. Heitmann turned over the {A-Spades} {K-Diamonds} and freerolled after a {7-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} {7-Clubs} flop, as Beumers held {A-Clubs} {K-Spades}.

The {7-Hearts} on the turn guaranteed a split pot, making the {Q-Hearts} river meaningless. Either way, Heitmann is up in chips through the past hour and same also applies for fellow German Marius Pospiech a few tables over.

No Post Flop Action

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

After a raise to 750, Adrian Mateos three-bet to 1,900 from the button and was called by the player in the small blind, Dominik Panka in the big blind and the initial raiser. On the {5-Clubs} {3-Spades} {9-Spades} {J-Hearts} {5-Spades} board nobody made any bet and the player in the small blind revealed {2-Hearts} {2-Diamonds} first. Panka then turned over {Q-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds} and that won the pot for the PCA champion.

Pospiech Shows Bluff

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Marius Pospiech opened the action with a raise to 700 and was called by the player in the big blind only. The German then fired three barrels: On the {2-Hearts} {2-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} flop it was 900 to go, the {3-Hearts} turn triggered a bet of 2,600 and ultimately it was 7,200 to call on the {J-Diamonds} river.

His opponent check-called the first two bets and then folded to the last one. Pospiech turned over his {9-Clubs} {7-Clubs} for a successful bluff. On the same table, Jonas Ten Cate has lost more than half the stack and is below the initial notation.

Giguere is King

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Olov Matias Jansson opened for 700 from the hijack and then called when Canada's Martin Giguere three-bet to 2,000 from the hijack. The {10-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{6-Spades} flop saw Jansson check-call a bet of 3,200, and then both players checked the {9-Clubs} turn as well as the {8-Diamonds} river.

Jansson tabled the {5-Clubs}{4-Clubs} for a pair of fives, but it was no good as Giguere held the {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}. With that, Jansson dropped to 40,000 in chips while Giguere chipped up to 38,000.

Vogelhuber Chips Up

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Ilkin Amirov folded to a 6,800 bet of Martin Finger on the {6-Clubs} {Q-Hearts} {8-Clubs} {3-Spades} {Q-Spades} river and then got involved into yet another pot with the former EPT Prague champion as well as Bernd Vogelhuber in the big blind.

Amirov bet the {8-Clubs} {9-Hearts} {J-Clubs} {7-Diamonds} turn for 8,100 and Finger folded whereas Vogelhuber check-called. The {6-Diamonds} on the river saw another check by the German and he snap-called the 15,700-bet of Amirov to see his opponent muck his cards. Vogelhuber didn't reveal the cards either and then stacked the chips while starting to enjoy a massage.
