Gierse Gone for the Second Time

Level 14 : 2,250/4,500, 550 ante

Lucas Greenwood raised it up from the cutoff and called the shove of Marius Gierse from one seat over.

Marius Gierse: {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}
Lucas Greenwood: {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

The {j-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop paired up Greenwood and he dodged the flush draw and overcard on the {3-Clubs} turn, then did so again on the {7-Hearts} river.

In the meanwhile, Jason Koon entered, busted and re-entered in quick succession.

Davies No More

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

"ElChingon" raised to 8,000 and was called by Darren Elias in the small blind and Seth Davies in the big blind. Both players out of the blinds check-called for 9,075 on the {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop and the {4-Hearts} turn was checked through.

Davies bet the {6-Spades} river for 69m316 with 4,000 behind and Elias called to get shown the {j-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for a bluff gone wrong. Elias had that beat with {a-Spades}{10-Spades} and Davies departed one hand later against Juan Pardo.

"StickyBandit" Snags a Double From Navarro

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

"StickyBandit" raised to 8,000 from the hijack and Pablo Navarro three-bet to 28,000 on the button. Action folded back to
"StickyBandit" who jammed for 57,199 and Navarro snap-called.

"StickyBandit": {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Pablo Navarro: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}

"StickyBandit" was in bad shape until a ten appeared in the window on the {9-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} flop. The turn came the {6-Diamonds} binging chop outs if a diamond were to fall on the river but it came the {8-Hearts} and secured the double-up for "StickyBandit".

Elias in the Lead; Pardo Gets There for a Double

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Pardo vs Davies
Pardo vs Davies

Darren Elias had taken over the lead after winning a big pot off Juan Pardo with superior two pair on a ten-high paired board.

Lucas Greenwood then won a pot off Stephen Chidwick which started rather slow with three-way action and 8,000 chips invested each. The {k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop was checked and Chidwick bet the {4-Clubs} turn for 6,875, which only Greenwood called. On the {9-Clubs} river, Chidwick check-called a bet worth 34,938 with {a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} but Greenwood had that beat with {k-Clubs}{j-Spades}.

Fast forward one hand, Pardo was all-in against Seth Davies via three-bet jam for the last 63,259 in the cutoff.

Juan Pardo: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Seth Davies: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

The {10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{5-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Hearts} board gave Pardo an unlikely straight as he avoided yet another re-entry.

Navarro Stays Aggressive

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

The flop came {2-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades} and action was checked to Navarro who took down the pot with a 14,425 continuation bet.

Double for Nuter; Double Knockout for Dvoress

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Dvoress Busts Two
Dvoress Busts Two

Timothy Nuter raised to 8,800 and Belarmino De Souza called in the cutoff. Francisco "VaPaCooler" Benitez jammed for 116,905 out of the small blind and Nuter called all-in for fewer than that, De Souza folded.

Timothy Nuter: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}
Francisco "VaPaCooler" Benitez: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

The kicker played on a board of {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{8-Spades} and Benitez was left with crumbs.

One hand later, Daniel Dvoress raised to 8,800 and Tamas "szagos" Adamszki moved all-in for 68,165 in the cutoff. Benitez called it off for the last few chips on the button and Dvoress called as the biggest stack involved.

Francisco "VaPaCooler" Benitez: {q-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
Tamas "szagos" Adamszki: {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Daniel Dvoress: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

The {q-Clubs}{10-Spades}{4-Hearts}{a-Spades}{8-Clubs} board gave Doress top set and he scored a double knockout.

Badziakouski Scores a Double

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Mikita Badziakouski had already lost half of his stack on the third bullet and then got it in out of the big blind against table chip leader Markus Leikkonen in the small blind.

Mikita Badziakouski: {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Marku Leikkonen: {k-Spades}{9-Clubs}

The {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{q-Spades}{10-Hearts} board delivered the help with the very last card as Badziakouski escaped for now.

Haxton Misses Flush and Left With Crumbs After Doubling Kelpuro

Level 12 : 1,800/3,600, 450 ante

Sami Kelopuro opened for 8,280 from under the gun and was called by Michael Addamo from late position, along with Isaac Haxton from the big blind.

The {7-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{k-Hearts} flop was checked to Kelopuro who continued for 9,980 and was called by Addamo before Haxton squeezed for 111,347. Kelopuro called off his 109,490 stack while Addamo folded and the two players revealed their hands.

Isaac Haxton: {j-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Sami Kelopuro: {k-Spades}{8-Spades}

Kelopuro was ahead after flopping top two-pair but had a sweat as Haxton held the flush draw. The turn came red but it was the {6-Diamonds} and luckily for Kelopuro, the {k-Clubs} fell on the river securing his double-up.
