A short-stacked Keith Brodie said he would shove with a hand as small as pocket threes not too long ago, and low and behold he was recently at risk with a wired pair of tres.
His was slightly ahead of Jason Bliven's , but Bliven flopped a jack. Brodie was unable to hit a three on the turn or the river, and was eliminated.
"I said I'd jam threes," Brodie said, frustrated.
Bliven is up to around 70,000 chips, while Brodie is still floating around the tournament area, re-telling his elimination hand.
