Connelly Triples Up, Froehlich Eliminated

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Edward Sebesta
Edward Sebesta

Jacob Connelly open-jammed for his remaining stack from early position and Randy Froehlich called from middle position. Action was on Edward Sebesta who three-bet to 200,000 from the cutoff and Froehlich called for less.

Jacob Connelly: {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Randy Froehlich: {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Edward Sebesta: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

Sebesta was in good shape to eliminate both opponents as the flop fell {3-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds} pairing Connelly's ace.

The turn came the {9-Clubs} and Froehlich needed a king or ten to win the hand.

Unfortunately, the river fell the {4-Clubs} and Froehlich was eliminated. Connelly would be eliminated shortly after.

Budzakoski Flushes Lutz, Sends Him Packing

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Keith Lutz
Keith Lutz

There was three-way action that saw a {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} flop. Kyle Pikorz checked his option from the small blind and Keith Lutz jammed for 60,000 from the big blind. Nikola Budzakoski called from the button while Pikorz mucked his hand.

Keith Lutz: {a-Spades}{6-Clubs}
Nikola Budzakoski: {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}

Lutz was ahead but needed to dodge a heart to stay alive.

Lutz liked the {a-Diamonds} turn but the {10-Hearts} fell on the river to end his tournament run.

Puccio Survives All In

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Michael Puccio
Michael Puccio

There was heads up action after the flop between Peter Kelly on the button and Michael Puccio from the big blind.

The board showed {8-Spades}{2-Spades}{6-Hearts} and Puccio checked his option to Kelly who bet 30,000. Puccio then jammed for 115,000 and was called by Kelly.

Michael Puccio: {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Peter Kelly: {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs}

Puccio was behind as Kelly flopped a six but the {3-Diamonds} turn brought a gutterball for Puccio.

The river would answer Puccio's prayer as it indeed fell the {4-Clubs} to give him the double.
