Hummer Coolers Burden

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Tim Burden
Tim Burden

Picking up the action on the turn, Timothy Burden had a bet of 10,000 sitting in front of him on a board reading {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}. Daniel Hummer check-raised all in and Burden instantly called off his stack of around 50,000.

Daniel Hummer: {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Timothy Burden: {j-Spades}{8-Spades}

While Burden flopped trip eights, it was no match for Hummer's full house. The {3-Hearts} on the river could not improve Burden and he headed for the exit, announcing he'll be back in the mix tomorrow.

Auterson Forces a Fold

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Cheyenne Auterson
Cheyenne Auterson

On a board reading {q-Clubs}{7-Spades}{2-Spades}{6-Clubs}, Cheyenne Auterson was in middle position and heads-up with an opponent on the button. Auterson checked to his opponent who bet 8,500 and Auterson called.

The river brought the {a-Clubs} and Auterson instantly pushed his remaining 36,700 chips into the middle. His opponent went into the tank for at least two minutes before finally dispatching his cards. Auterson couldn't help but show the {j-Spades}{8-Spades} as he pulled in the pot.

Sepiol Scoops a Huge Pot Before Dinner Break

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Joey Hiudt opened to 3,000 in middle position and Daniel Sepiol just flatted from the button. Terry Sandifar re-raised to 15,500 from the small blind and Hiudt laid his hand down. Sepiol eyed up Sandifar's stack and then moved all in, prompting a quick call from Sandifar for his last 60,000 chips.

Daniel Sepiol: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Terry Sandifar: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}

Sandifar was in a great spot to double up before the dinner break but the flop of {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} gave Sepiol a set of queens for the lead. The {k-Spades} on the turn and the {10-Hearts} on the river were no help to Sandifar as Sepiol took down the largest pot of the day thus far.

Burchwell Vaults to the Top

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Connor Burchwell opened to 2,300 from middle position and was called by Brandon Banet in the small blind. The big blind three-bet to 7,000 and both Burchwell and Banet called. The flop fell {9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and both of the blinds checked to Burchwell who bet 7,000 and was called by both opponents.

The turn brought the {4-Diamonds} and the action checked around to the {10-Spades} on the river. Banet and the big blind checked one more time only to have Burchwell drop in a bet of 30,000. Banet gave it some thought but folded while the big blind eventually paid Burchwell off. Burchwell turned over {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for two pair and raked in a monster pot to take over the chip lead.

Friedman Gets a Piece of Sepiol

Level 8 : 400/800, 800 ante

The action folded to Daniel Sepiol on the button who raised it up to 2,000. Adam Friedman defended from the big blind and the two players went heads-up to a flop of {9-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}.

Friedman check-called a bet of 1,000 from Sepiol and the {a-Hearts} landed on the turn. Both players checked and the {10-Hearts} completed the board. Friedman led out for 1,200 and Sepiol reluctantly called. Friedman tabled {k-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for a pair of tens and Sepiol conceded the pot.
