Livingston Limp-Three-Bets

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Matt Livingston limped in from under the gun and was raised to 4,500 by Jeff Fielder, who was two to his left. Action folded back to Livingston and he put out a three-bet to 11,500.

Fielder went into the tank for about 15 seconds before confirming the amount. He then thought for another 20 or so seconds and sent his cards to the center of the table.

Action was heads up between Jordan Turoff in early position and Jon Cohen in middle position with around 7,500 in the middle on a flop of {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{7-Clubs}.

Turoff had bet 3,100 and was raised to 8,000 by Cohen, putting action back on him. He thought for about 35 seconds and pushed forward a pile of red T5,000 chips. Cohen took about 10 seconds and proceeded to send his cards to the muck.

Casey Needs Minimal Effort To Win

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Bob Sweeney raised to 2,200 from early position and was called by Conor Casey, who was on the button. The two went heads up to a flop of {8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and both players checked.

The turn fell {a-Spades} and Sweeney bet 3,000. Casey clicked it back, making it 6,000. Sweeney looked back at his cards and counted his stack before determining any future investment was not worth it on his end, sending his cards to the muck instead and giving up contention of the pot.

Ajayi Blinks First

Level 8 : 400/800, 800 ante
Wendy Freedman on Day 1a action
Wendy Freedman on Day 1a action

There was around 11,000 in the middle on a flop of {4-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} and Dapo Ajayi checked to Wendy Freedman, who bet 4,500 from early position. The player to her left in middle position called and action was back on Ajayi, who check-raised to 15,500.

Freedman then three-bet all in and the middle-position player quickly folded. Ajayi asked for 15,500 to be pulled in and the rest to be counted, which totaled 47,000. Ajayi then counted his own remaining stack of 45,000, thinking about his decision for about a minute before sending his cards to the muck.

Zoller and Cohen Re-Enter

Level 8 : 400/800, 800 ante

Jon Cohen and Nate Zoller were both recently eliminated and both have been seen spotted in new seats at Table 13, with Cohen appearing to have already chipped up a bit since rejoining the field.

Lai Doubles Through Su

Level 8 : 400/800, 800 ante

There was 34,600 in the pot on a board of {q-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and Jason Su checked from the cutoff to Kane Lai, who was on the button. Lai bet 17,000 and Su went into the tank for about 40 seconds before check-raising all in for about 42,000. Lai called.

Kane Lai: {a-Diamonds}{8-Spades}
Jason Su: {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}

Su had turned a set and was ahead with one card to come. However, he would need to fade the remaining diamonds and sixes in the deck in order to stay ahead of what could become a straight or flush for Lai. The river {6-Diamonds} hit both of the aforementioned options, giving Lai the flush to secure the pot.

Stacks were then counted with Lai's totaling 41,800. Su paid him off and was left with only 500 behind.
