Level 6 : 200/500, 500 ante
Steve Wilkie
Steve Wilkie

A player in the cutoff saw action folded to him and limped in. Dapo Ajayi was on the button and limped behind, putting action on Steve Wilkie, who raised to 2,500 from the small blind. The cutoff three-bet all in for about 28,000 and Ajayi got out of the way. Wilkie quickly called.

Cutoff: {a-Hearts}{5-Spades}
Steve Wilkie: {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}

The board ran out {8-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs}{7-Clubs}, smooth sailing for Wilkie en route to the knockout. With the pot, he now finds himself with 79,000 in chips shortly before the second break of the day.

Scott Horvath raised to 1,200 from early position and was three-bet by the cutoff to 3,600. Action folded to Jeff Banghart in the big blind, who cold four-bet to 11,000. Horvath quickly folded and the cutoff called.

The flop fell {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{9-Spades} and Banghart continued, betting another 11,000. The cutoff thought for about 20 seconds and sent his cards to the muck, resulting in a won pot for Banghart to increase his stack to what looks to be around 125K in chips.

Holland Nearing Six Figures

Level 6 : 200/500, 500 ante

Maxx Holland raised to 1,500 from early position and was called by Nader Wahdan on his direct left. The cutoff and big blind also came along and all four checked the flop {6-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{5-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}.

The turn came {a-Diamonds} and Holland saw action checked to him. He threw out a bet of 2,000 and all three remaining players quickly folded, resulting in him taking down the pot as he nears closer to being one of the first players in the room to reach the 100K-mark in chips.

Su Check-Raises the Turn

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

A player raised to 1,000 from middle position and was called by Jason Su from the cutoff as well as the player on the button. The small blind three-bet to 3,300 and all three players called, taking action four ways to the streets.

The flop came {4-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs} and the first three players checked, putting action onto the player on the button. He bet 7,100 and folds from the small blind and the original raiser.

With action back on Su, he took about a minute before announcing a check-raise all in. His opponent had a similar stack and took another minute himself before letting his cards go, resulting in the pot being shipped Su's way.

Payeur Flush-Over-Flushes McEvoy To Double

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante
Mary Payeur
Mary Payeur

There was 4,600 in the middle on a flop of {3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} and Aaron McEvoy had a bet of 2,000 in front of him from early position. Mary Payeur was in middle position and had called, and the dealer was in the process of raking in the bets.

The turn came {7-Hearts} and McEvoy bet 10,000. Payeur went all in for 16,300 and McEvoy Called.

Mary Payeur: {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Aaron McEvoy: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

Both players had flopped flushes, though Payeur found herself with the nuts and was a lock to double up as a result of it. The river came {k-Clubs} to complete the runout and she was paid off, delivering a solid blow of a cooler to her McEvoy along the way.
