Bibby Avoids Disaster

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Narcis Nedelcu, Davide Muccitelli, and Henry Bibby went three-way to a flop of 332. It checked to Muccitelli, who promptly shoved all in for 182,000, around twice the size of the pot.

Muccitelli put in a call before Nedelcu quickly forfeited his cards.

Henry Bibby: Q10 All in
Davide Muccitelli: QJ

Bibby was dominated and stood up, ready to leave. He quickly sat back down when the 10 hit the turn, however, making him two pair.

The 3 river upgraded him to a meaningless full house, doubling him up to stay in contention.

Simpson Heads Home

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Ian Simpson
Ian Simpson

Stephen Freeman had opened to 25,000 in middle position and was flat-called by Eduard Fechita in the hijack.

It folded to Ian Simpson in the big blind, who committed his stack of 112,000 and was called by both opponents.

Freeman and Fechita checked through the 379KJ board. Simpson tabled A10 for ace-high, after which Freeman celebrated and showed J8 for a pair of jacks.

Freeman's celebration was premature, however, as Fechita had the best hand with his KQ, taking down the pot and earning Simpson's bounty.

Ziemichod Triples Up as Browne Busts Griffiths

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Adrian Ziemichod moved his last 86,000 in as first to act. It folded to Sam Browne on the cutoff, who rejammed, covering the rest of the table.

Big blind Anthony Griffiths made a quick call for 266,000 once it had folded to him, revealing the cards.

Adrian Ziemichod: AK All in
Anthony Griffiths: 99 All in
Sam Browne: A10

"I just need to fade big cards," Griffitsh exclaimed. However, the K310 flop paired up both opponents, leaving him drawing to a nine. The K turn made Ziemichod trips, while the 4 river did not change anything.

Ziemichod tripled up, leaving Griffiths empty-handed as Browne took the side pot and Griffiths' bounty chip.
