McHugh Busts Two
Level 11
: Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Jack Chen's stack had been demolished in the previous hand and he moved all in for his remaining 8,000.
Turlough McHugh called on the button and Gintaras Sabaitis also called in the big blind.
On the 2♣K♣7♥ flop Sabaitis moved all in for his remaining 26,000 and McHugh made the call. McHugh covered both players.
Jack Chen: 9♠10♠
Gintaras Sabaitis: 9♣6♣
Turlough McHugh: K♥Q♠
McHugh was ahead with a pair of kings but Sabaitis still had hope with his flush draw. However the 8♠ turn and 2♥ river changed nothing, with McHugh sending both players to the rail.
