Shenghe Yang called a pot-sized raise by Vadim Zakharyan in the under-the-gun position and Eran Carmi also stuck around in the big blind. Zakharyan had already moved his short stack behind towards the middle and confirmed his all-in once Carmi checked the 9♣8♠3♦ flop.

Yang went all-in over the top and Carmi folded.

Out of the big blind, Mustafa Biz check-raised the pot to 55,000 on the A♥Q♠6♥ flop and Leonid Yanovski called. Biz bet the 3♠ turn for 138,500 as Yanovski reluctantly called.

The J♥ river completed the board and Yanovski stared at his opponent, who pulled the trigger and jammed the superior stack. Yanovski let go and dropped to a short stack before losing those chips soon after.

Mohammad Saeed Rehman raised to 7,500 on the button and Jacco Hester three-bet to 25,000 in the big blind for the initial raiser to call.

That led them to the 10♣9♣5♣ flop on which Hester continued for 11,000 to pick up a call by Rehman.

Hester checked the 3♠ turn and Rehman's bet of 23,000 took it down uncontested.

With the turn showing A♠Q♦10♦5♠, Leonid Yanovski made it 39,000 to go out of the big blind. Nadjim Haddad, who had previously tangled with him on several occasions, went into the tank before opting to fold the A♥Q♥ face-up.

"Can I see all four cards this time?" Haddad inquired. Yanovski checked all his cards and revealed two of them, the K♠J♦ for broadway and possible flush draws to go with.

Michal Rudnik had been eliminated by Nadjim Haddad, sending the latter into the current top spot.

The same table then saw a raise to 7,500 by Jean Michel Kleemann, which earned him a call by Mikkel Plum. Marco Di Persio raised the pot to 42,500 and Plum came along to then get it in versus Di Persio on the K♠9♣5♥ flop while Kleemann folded.

Plum's top pair with a big wrap was behind but had plenty of outs. However, both the 5♦ turn and 8♠ river were blanks to send the Dane to the rail.
