Humberto Brenes' trademark is, of course, the shark. So it was a bit odd to see him at the table making noises that sounded a lot like, well, whalesong. The action was folded around to him in the cutoff and Humberto, who is almost as famous for his crooning as for his sharky card-cappers, starting making this downright eerie singsong "Oooohhh....ooooHHHH" sound as he counted out chips for a raise.

Brenes kept singing as the button and small blind folded around to David Schechter, who listened to Brenes' caterwauling before reaching for chips himself. Brenes started talking to Schechter, advising him not to call, and Schechter laughed and said, "No English! No Americano" to Brenes, who had switched to David's native language.

Schechter replaced the chips in his stack and said, in a good-natured way, "Because of that I'm going all in", and he pushed his stack into the pot. That, finally, quieted Humberto, who checked his cards, tallied up his stack, and then threw his cards into the muck.
