Paul Fisher bet 4,500 from under the gun and was called by three players. Michal Kulesza took the opportunity to squeeze for 11,500. Fisher folded along with two others, but Mario Musacchia stuck around for the flop of 
Kulesza continued for 8,500 and was called by Musacchia. The
