Nugent took his time in making a decision, ultimately choosing to call. It was bad news, though, as Verdelet turned over Q♦6♦, seeing Nugent muck his cards.
Seeing a raise to 10,000 ahead of him, Veselin Petrov moved all in for 56,000 from middle position. A couple of seats to his left, Thomas Hoffman opted to move all in too, for 147,000.
