The button and the blinds folded, then Sza decided to four-bet to 56,000. Edu got out of the way, but Muniz was more aggressive and he moved all-in for approximately 200,000.

Sea went into the tank, but he folded.

The dealer fanned a flop of 4♣9♦Q♠ and Ferhaoui continued for 16,000. Jesus was the only one to call.

Ferhaoui fired a second barrel of 12,000 on the 8♥ turn, then a third one of 21,000 on the 3♠ river.

Jesus called a first time, then went deep into the tank before raising to 75,000. Ferahoui found himself in a tough spot, and after a minute, he folded.

Frenchman Adrien Sanz is the reigning Marrakech Poker Open Main Event champion, having navigated his way through a field of 295 entrants to capture a top prize worth the equivalent of $74,804.

Sanz defeated long-time player Karim Lehoussine in heads-up play to collect the first-place prize of 770,000 Moroccan Dirhams.

Sanz, who started the day with a comfortable chip lead, managed to stay ahead for the entire final day. Thierry Gogniat's third-place finish confirmed a full French podium after he collected 380,000 MAD.
