Alejandro Ganivet Leads 68 Players Into Day 2 of the Marrakech Poker Open Main Event
The race for the money is on when 68 players return to the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort for Day 2 of the 12,500 MAD (€1,200) Marrakech Poker Open at 1:30 p.m. local time.
Alejandro Ganivet (549,000) takes a massive chip lead into the penultimate day of the event, building up a stack of 549,000. He’s more than 200,000 ahead of his closest challenger, Mohammed Drissaoui (345,000). Javier Tsunamy (300,000), Anas Tadini (254,000), and Picachu (232,000) round out the top five.
