Hoekendijk Busts in Two Hands

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Albert Hoekendijk lost his whole stack in two hands.

First, he ran his {k-}{k-} into the {a-}{q-} of Bart Lybaert. Two queens on the flop gave Lybaert most of Hoekendijk's stack.

Two hands later, he ran his {q-}{q-} into the {a-}{q-} of Alberto Stegeman, the defending champion. The ace on the board meant Hoekedijk was sent to the rail in the early stages of the first level of Day 2.
