Top Set Fills Up For Kahkmazov

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Action sprung into life on a flop of {8-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}. From the button, Nadar Kahkmazov bet 6,000. Iakov Onuchin raised to 16,500 in the big blind. Vlad Darie three-bet to 46,500 in early position. Kahkmazov then moved all in and Onuchin got out of the way.

Kahkmazon tabled top set with the {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} which would have to hold against the {a-Spades}{7-Spades} nut flush draw of Darie.

The turn immediately sewed it up for Kahkmazov as the {2-Clubs} paired the board to secure the double as the {5-Clubs} filled out the river.
