Tymofii Savkin open-jammed his 18,300,000 chips in from middle position. It folded to Ivan Bryksin on the button, who rejammed, causing the blinds to get out of the way.
Tymofii Savkin: A♠K♣
Ivan Bryksin: K♠K♦
Savkin needed an ace to remain on the final table, but none came on the 7♦Q♠4♣7♠6♠ runout, eliminating him in eighth place.

Julian Menhardt
Julian Menhard was in the hijack, using one time bank before raising to 2,400,000. Alvaro Gonza called in the big blind, and a flop of 10♦8♣6♠ fanned out.
Gonza checked to Menhardt, who spent another time bank before he bet 2,500,000. Gonza then quickly put his opponent all-in for 12,300,000, receiving a snap-call.
Julian Menhardt: J♥10♥
Alvaro Gonza: Q♣9♠
Menhardt had flopped top pair but needed to fade some outs. The K♠ turn did nothing for either player, nor did the K♣ river. Menhardt doubled up as the players went on their break.

Banicevic continued for 3,000,000, receiving a check-call from his opponent. The 9♠ turn was checked to the 4♠ river, where Voronin pushed in a bet of 7,000,000.
Banicevic spent some time in the tank before deciding to call off about half his remaining stack. Voronin tabled Q♦9♣ for two pair, besting the Q♣J♦ of Banicevic and taking down the sizable pot.

Sebastian Ionita opened to 3,000,000 in middle position. Vlado Banicevic then committed his 10,000,000 in the cutoff, with Ionita making the call after the action had folded back to him.
Vlado Banicevic: J♥J♦
Sebastian Ionita: Q♦10♦
Banicevic did not want to hit a jack anymore after the 9♣A♦K♣ flop, but neither jack nor a queen were in store for Ionita on the 7♥ turn and 2♣ river.
Banicevic booked his second double-up in a row, overtaking Ionita in the counts.

Sebastian Ionita found A♣3♣ under the gun and raised to 2,400,000. It folded to Konstantin Voronin in the big blind, who tossed in a call with 9♣6♥.
Voronin check-called Ionita's bet of 2,700,000 on the 8♦10♣Q♣ flop before the 2♠ turn went check-check. The K♥ arrived on the river and sent Voronin into the tank.
After a while, he came out with a bet of 3,200,000. Ionita had just ace-high but gave it some good thought. Eventually, though, he mucked his cards as Voronin got his bluff through.

Alvaro Gonza
The table folded around to Ivan Bryksin in the small blind, who put Alvaro Gonza in the big blind all-in for 11,700,000. Gonza made a quick call and was at risk for his tournament life.
Alvaro Gonza: A♦10♠
Ivan Bryksin: 6♣4♦
Neither player received much help from the 9♥2♥K♠9♣8♠ board, seeing Gonza double up with his ace kicker.
