Generalov Makes Quads
Level 4
: Blinds 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante
Ehsan Amiri, Denis Vitchenko, and Konstantin Generalov had all put in 25,000 preflop to see a flop of 9♥4♥10♠, which checked around to Generalov in the cutoff. Generalov fired 40,000, Amiri folded from under the gun, and Vitchenko called in the hijack.
On the 10♦ turn, Vitchenko led for 55,000 and Generalov called to see the K♣ river. Vitchenko then immediately shoved for around 100,000, and Generalov snap-called
Vitchenko revealed K♥Q♠ for top pair, but that was no good as Generalov rolled over quads with 10♣10♥!
