Vedat Yilmaz and Anton Wigg were playing a pot that had around 2,000,000 in it on a board of 8♠A♠K♣6♦ when Wigg checked from the big blind and Yilmaz fired 1,800,000. Wigg called.

On the 10♥ river, Wigg checked it over then was faced with a bet of 1,500,000 from Yilmaz. Wigg used some timebanks in his decision-making process, but eventually settled on a fold, and Yilmaz was pushed the pot.

Khorchidian Wins Back-to-Back Pots Against Gromov

Nichan Khorchidian just won two pots in back-to-back hands against Dmitry Gromov.

First, on a board of 9♦2♦10♥7♣ with around 3,000,000 in the middle, both Khorchidian and Gromov checked to see the K♣ river, where Khorchidian bet 600,000. Gromov called and mucked when he saw the K♥Q♠ of Khorchidian, who had rivered top pair.

In the next hand, Gromov raised to 600,000 and Khorchidian called in the big blind.

On the 3♦5♦Q♥ flop, Khorchidian checked and Gromov fired 400,000. Khorchidian then raised to 1,500,000, and Gromov quickly called.

The turn brought a K♣ and Khorchidian shoved. Gromov had around 5,600,000 behind and quickly folded, which meant Khorchidian extended his chip lead.

On the 10♦J♦K♣ flop, Wigg fired 550,000, which Khorchidian called to see the 2♦ turn, where both players checked.

An A♠ completed the board and after Wigg checked, Khorchidian fired 1,700,000. Wigg quickly folded.

Khorchidian's Stack Gets Severely Dented by Jontulovic

Bogdan Jontulovic opened the button to 900,000 and Nichan Khorchidian shoved from the big blind. Jontulovic had 7,500,000 to start the hand and after thinking it over for a while, he made the call, which put him at risk.

It was a big shove from Khorchidian, who was trying to apply pressure to Jontulovic as there were shorter stacks on the table, however Jontulovic had the best of it, but Khorchidian had live cards he could hit. However, the 5♠K♠4♥ flop paired Jontulovic's king, but did give Khorchidian a gutshot straight draw.

The 5♣ turn and 9♦ river didn't change the outcome of the hand, and Jontulovic jumped up the counts.
