Andrey Pateychuk's stack took a huge hit and he was down to less than a small blind, but won a hand after to get his stack to two big blinds.

Pateychuk made it 700,000 and left himself just 50,000 behind from early position. Mikhail Zavoloka called from the cutoff.

They both then checked it down on the 7♥4♣7♦K♥2♥ board and Zavoloka's 6♣6♠ was good against the A♠8♠ of Pateychuk.

In the next hand, Pateychuk put his 50,000 in from under the gun and found himself heads-up against Dawid Smolka.

When the flop came down 5♠5♥3♣ Khorchidian led out for 275,000 with just 175,000 behind. Estrada raised to put Khorchidian all in, and Khorchidian called.

Dawid Smolka opened under the gun to 250,000 before Han Han three-bet to 600,000 from the next seat. Ludovic Geilich four-bet to 950,000 from the hijack and only Han called.

Han checked the J♣3♠2♠ flop and Geilich fired out a continuation-bet of 375,000. Han check-shoved for around 1,900,000, and Geilich swiftly tossed his cards into the muck.

Leonid Orman raised the button to 250,000 and Paul Amsellem three-bet from the big blind to 700,000. Orman called.

They saw a flop of 8♠10♣8♥ where Amsellem continued with a bet of 450,000 and Orman called to see the 6♣ turn, which went check-check.

A 2♠ fell on the river and after Amsellem checked, Orman shoved around 3,700,000, more than enough to cover the stack of his opponent, who had 2,300,000 behind. Amsellem burned though multiple time banks before he elected to call.

Orman then showed K♣K♦, and Amsellem's Q♥6♦ was no good, leaving him out in 20th.
