Shcherbakov Puts Chilaud in the Blender
Level 25
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Maxime Chilaud opened under the gun to 120,000, with Kirill Shcherbakov defending from the big blind.
Shcherbakov checked the 5♠9♥4♥ flop, and Chilaud put out a continuation-bet of 250,000. Shcherbakov check-raised to 600,000, which Chilaud called.
Shcherbakov continued with a bet of 550,000 when the 4♠ dropped on the turn. Chilaud called once more.
When the 8♣ landed on the river, Shcherbakov shoved for Chilaud's remaining 1,100,000. Chilaud burned through a few of his time extensions before he reluctantly folded, surrendering the pot to Shcherbakov.
