There was a raise to 3,000 from the cutoff, with only Dmitry Gromov making the call from the big blind.

The dealer fanned out a flop of 5J8 and Gromov check-called a bet of 5,000 from his opponent.

Two quick checks happened when the 9 came on the turn. The river was the Q and Gromov put out a small bet of 3,000. His opponent quickly called and Gromov took down the pot with Q8 for two pair.

Tobias Peters,
Tobias Peters,

The action was picked up with the flop showing A86 and with around 10,000 already in the pot. Tobias Peters checked from the cutoff and faced a bet of 6,500 from Oleg Netaliev on the button. Peters slid in the call.

The Q landed on the turn and Peters check-called a bet of 14,000 from Netaliev.

Peters checked again upon seeing the 2 river. Netalieve carved out a big bet of 46,000 and Peters went into the tank. After thinking it over for a while, Peters made the call.

Netaliev turned over a bluff with K9, and Peters took down the pot with just a pair of aces holding A10.
