One unique feature at Merit Poker events is the rabbit-hunting card. Each player receives one per tournament and can redeem it in a live hand to see the next community card , or both, after folding postflop. It's a fun twist that adds a bit of extra suspense to marginal spots, as seen in the following hand.
In some blind-on-blind action, the flop read 8♣3♣5♥ and Pedro Ingles fired 1,000 from the small blind, only to be met with a raise to 3,000 from Soraya Estrada in the big blind. Ingles called.
An 8♥ paired the board and Ingles elected to lead out for 5,300, which gave Estrada a decision. After thinking it over, she elected to fold, but not before tossing in her rabbit-hunting card. The dealer revealed the 3♥ river before shipping the pot to Ingles.

Joris Ruijs was involved in a pot on a board of 6♥2♠J♥, where he checked from the small blind and the player in early position bet 3,300. Middle position called before Ruijs made it 14,000 to go. Only early position called.
Ruijs checked the 4♠ turn and then gave it up when he was faced with a bet of 16,000.
On the other hand, Andrei Spataru's stack just stormed past the 300,000 chip mark after a hand with Iurii Okolovich.
On a full board of A♣9♦10♣8♣7♦, there were around 120,000 in the pot when Okolovich checked from the small blind and Spataru fired a big bet of 100,000. Okolovich had around 110,000 behind and after thinking it over, he called.
Spataru then showed a flush with 9♣7♣. and Okolovich smirked to himself as he mucked.

Giorgiy Skhulukhiya has grown his stack to around 240,000, with a big chunk of that coming in a hand he just played against Iliyas Mukhamedzhanov.
The board read 2♠Q♦10♥K♥ when Skhulukhiya checked from the small blind and Mukhamedzhanov knuckled back from under the gun to see a 7♣ hit the river. With 100,000 in the middle, Skhulukhiya shoved, which put Mukhamedzhanov to the test for his remaining stack of around 85,000.
Mukhamedzhanov didn't need to think for long as he quickly folded, forfeiting the pot to Skhulukhiya.

Both Oleg Svintsov in the small blind and Kadir Altinbasak in the big blind had put in 11,000 each to see the J♦2♥Q♦ flop, where Svintsov bet 7,000 and Altinbasak called.
On the 8♥ turn, Svintsov sized up with a bet of 32,000, which again Altinbasak called to see the 8♠ fall on the river. Svintsov wasted little time in shoving around 45,000, and Altinbasak eventually folded with around 50,000 behind.
