2026 Merit Poker Montenegro Championship
Mikhail Zavoloka limped under the gun with a stack of around 70,000 before Jon Kyte made it 14,000 from the cutoff. When it got back to Zavoloka he limp-jammed and Kyte snapped him off.
Mikhail Zavoloka: 7♣7♥
Jon Kyte: K♣K♠
Zavoloka had just finished fifth in the Merit Poker Cup and needed to spike a set if he was to have a chance of making his second final table of the festival.
It wasn't to be for Zavoloka, as the board ran out A♥10♥2♣6♠5♦, and Kyte's Cowboys held up.
Zavoloka was out and Kyte moved up to around 250,000.

Uri Reichenstein raised to 6,000 under the gun with Dalibor Bua calling from the hijack and Andrey Litvinov defending his big blind.
After Litinov checked the 3♥3♠8♠ flop, Reichenstein bet 7,000, which Bua and Litinov called.
All three checked the 10♥ turn to see the 4♠ complete the board. Litvinov bet 21,500, which was enough to get both of his opponents to fold.
Nikolai Ivanov raised under the gun to 6,000 and Erdal Gulseven three-bet to 18,000 out of the big blind. Ivanov called.
Gulseven quickly bet 11,000 on the 2♦2♠4♠ flop and Ivanov stuck around in the form of a call.
Gulseven fired a second barrel of 30,000 when he saw the 9♦ hit the turn. Again, Ivanov called.
A 3♣ completed the board, and Gulseven gathered together a bet totalling 60,000. Ivanov did an inventory of his stack, which was around 245,500, and then announced all-in.
Gulseven went deep into the tank and was visibly distressed by the spot he was in. After a few minutes, Gulseven called, and Ivanov turned over a rivered straight with 6♠5♠. Gulseven mucked his K♥K♦, and the pot over over half a million headed over to Ivanov.
Chady Ojeil raised to 6,000 under the gun before Alisa Sibgatova three-bet from the next seat to 20,000. When it got back to Ojeil, he jammed, and Sibgatova called for her stack of 47,000.
Alisa Sibgatova: A♦Q♦
Chady Ojeil: 8♠8♦
It was a flip that Sibgatova managed to come out on top of after the board ran out A♣10♦6♠K♥9♦ to give her the best hand with a pair of aces.
