Laskowitz Calls Ball's Bluff

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Scott Ball opened to 500 from under the gun and David Stamm called in the small blind before Samuel Laskowitz three-bet to 3,000 in the big blind. Ball and Stamm both called.

Stamm checked on the flop of 75Q and Laskowitz continued for 2,300. Ball called and Stamm folded. Laskowitz sized up to 5,600 on the Q turn and Ball called.

Laskowitz bet 7,400 on the K river and Ball moved all in to put Laskowitz to the test for his starting stack. Laskowitz asked for change for his bet and counted his remaining chips as he sipped his tea and rubbed his face while studying the board. Eventually, he called.

Ball could only table a bluff with J10 for jack-high and Laskowitz showed K10 to win the biggest pot so far with a pair of kings.

Ball Wins With Turn Bet

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

David Stamm raised from under the gun before Scott Ball three-bet to 1,500 from the cutoff. Daniel Lazrus made it 3,500 from the button and Stamm folded before Ball called to see a flop.

Both players checked the flop of 67A and the turn was 4.

Ball fired 13,000 and Lazrus flicked his cards into the muck to give up the pot.
