Benyon Plays Jacks Carefully

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Brandon Mueller raised to 1,100 from early position, before Alex Ha three-bet to 3,700. The big blind David Beynon called the three-bet, as did Mueller.

All three players checked the 395 flop.

After the 2 on the turn, Mueller bet out 4,700, which made Ha fold, and Benyon called.

Both players checked after the 10 on the river. Mueller showed down 75 for a pair of fives, but Benyon had the winner when he tabled JJ for a pair of jacks.

Action was picked up on a 10564 board with 22,000 in the middle.

Job Leach had moved all in from the cutoff for 15,500 and a player in middle position made the call.

Cialella Takes One

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Action folded to Zhenjie Hou who raised to 1,200, and was called by Michael Daddario in the cutoff, and both the small blind Frank Adams, and the big blind James Cialella.

All four players checked after the QKK flop.

The turn brought the 9 and Adams bet out 2,200, which was called by Cialella and Hou, and Daddario folded.

After the 2 on the river, all three players checked to showdown, and Cialella turned over QJ to scoop the pot.

Ge Sends Guerrero Out

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

A player limped in from middle position along with Rosendo Veras Guerrero in the hijack before Daotong Ge raised to 1,600 from the cutoff. Middle position called but Gurrero reraised all in for 7,600. Ge moved all in and the middle position player folded.

The board came down 4K736 and Ge got there on the flop and again on the river, to send Gurrero to the rebuy line in disbelief.

Elefant Has the Goods

Eliezer Elefant raised to 800 from under the gun, and was called by Norman Rodriguez on the button, Thomas Hill in the small blind, and the big blind John Wilson.

All four players checked after the QQ8 flop.

After the K on the turn, it checked to Elefant, who bet out 1,000. Rodriguez called, and both Hill and Wilson folded.

The river card was the 3 and Elefant checked to Rodriguez, who bet 2,700. Elefant then raised to 7,000, which got Rodriguez to muck his hand and give the pot to Elefant.

After the hand Elefant showed the tabled KQ for a full house, queens full of kings.

Kim Doubles Through Chang

Under the gun, the action was opened to 800, and Hyon Kim called from the hijack. The cutoff three-bet to 3,800, and Jen-Chwen Chang called on the button. The under-the-gun player called as well before Kim four-bet to 20,800. Only Chang called.

Kim moved all in for 24,000 on a Q83 flop, and Chang made the call.

The turn 5 and river 2 were safe for Kim, resulting in a full double-up and a table-leading stack.
