Boivin Can't Get Rid of Mugar

Richard Green raised to 50,000 under the gun and Peter Mugar called in middle position. Thomas Boivin also came along from the big blind, and they went three-handed to the 442 flop.

Green then bet 55,000 and Mugar called. Boivin raised to 230,000, Green folded, and Mugar called to the 5 turn.

Boivin bet another 540,000 and Mugar again called. Both players checked the 7 river, and Boivin showed K9 for a missed flush draw. Mugar turned over QQ as he took the big pot.

Boivin lost some more chips the next hand when he three-bet to 160,000 in the small blind after Gal Yifrach opened in the hijack. Yifrach then moved all in for 700,000, and Boivin snap-folded.

Berk and Akimov Battle in the Blinds

Michael Berk limped in from the small blind and Baurzhan Akimov raised it up to 85,000 in the big blind. Berk called and the dealer fanned the flop of AJ3. Berk check-called a bet of 50,000 from Akimov and the 3 paired the board on the turn.

Both players checked and the 5 landed on the river. Berk put together a bet of 250,000 on the river and Akimov instantly sent his cards to the muck.

Yaginuma Keeps His Foot on the Gas

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Jesse Yaginuma opened to 40,000 in middle position and Jen Shahade three-bet to 100,000 on his left. The action folded back to Yaginuma who gave it his full attention but decided to let his hand go.

On the next hand, Yaginuma raised to 40,000 again and Shahade just called this time. Baurzhan Akimov also came along on the button and they went three ways to a flop of 963.

The action checked to Akimov who threw in a bet of 55,000. Yaginuma check-raised to 200,000 which got Shahade to lay her hand down and Akimov's cards eventually followed into the muck.

Shahade opened to 45,000 again the next hand, and Abdullah Akbarpoor called on the button. Berk then three-bet to 220,000 in the small blind and Shahade moved all in for 535,000.

Porrello then bet 45,000 and Boivin called. The J river was checked down, and Porrello showed A10 to win the pot.
