Level 3 : 200/400, 50 ante
Pat Walsh
Pat Walsh

Matt Woodward raised to 925 under the gun and received calls from Ali Eslami and Pat Walsh. Eslami, who was in the small blind, led out for 1,000 when the flop fell {6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{9-Clubs}, which prompted Woodward to fold and Walsh to call.

Eslami then checked the {Q-Diamonds} turn, Walsh bet 2,500, and Eslami quickly folded. Small pot to Walsh.

One for Tehan

Level 2 : 150/300, 25 ante

From middle position, Joe Tehan raised to 750. Matt Woodward was his only caller from the small blind and the flop came down paired with the {A-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}. Woodward checked and Tehan bet 1,000. Woodward called.

The {5-Spades} was added to the board on fourth street and Woodward passed action to Tehan once again. Tehan bet 2,225, an increase from the last street. Woodward gave it a minute of thought and then folded his hand.

Ali Eslami limped under the gun only to have Shane Schleger, who was next to act, raised to 1,000. Action folded to Alex Keating in the big blind and he made the call, as did Eslami.

Three players watched the flop come down {2-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} and Keating led out for 1,800. The bet was enough to push his opponents out of the pot and Keating added a couple thousand to his stack.

Two Full Houses

Level 2 : 150/300, 25 ante

Four players saw the flop come {J-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} for 700 chips each. John Smith was up first and bet 1,800. Jonathan Duhamel folded, Shane Schleger called and Matt Woodward folded.

The turn added the {6-Clubs} and Smith bet 3,200. Schleger called again.

The river paired the board again with the {J-Hearts}. Smith bet 7,500 and Schleger raised to 17,500. Quickly, Smith made the call.

Both players tabled jacks full of threes. Smith held the {J-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and Schleger the {K-Diamonds}{J-Spades}. They chopped up the pot and onto the next hand they went.
