"Kenar" Makes the Right Fold

"Kenar" looked down at J♠J♦ and made it 800,000 from the button. Fahredin Mustafov called in the small blind with A♦10♣ and Matthew Wantman called from the big blind with K♣3♣.

The flop of 6♥A♠4♥ checked to "Kenar", who bet 800,000. Only Mustafov called to see the 3♠ turn, which both checked to the 4♦ river.

Mustafov then announced a bet of 3,400,000 and slid the chips in. "Kenar" took some time but did eventually lay down his pocket jacks.

Fahredin Mustafov made it 800,000 from the button with A♠Q♦ and Matthew Wantman called in the small blind with Q♣J♣. "Kenar" also called with A♥10♠ from the big blind.

The flop came A♦6♠2♥ and when it checked to Mustafov, he fired 600,000 with his pair of aces. Wantman folded and "Kenar" called to the 2♠ turn. "Kenar" checked and Mustafov elected to check back to see the Q♥ on the river.

"Kenar" bet 1,500,000 and after some time, Mustafov raised to 4,800,000 with his top two pair. It didn't take long for "Kenar" to call, and Mustafov's stack swelled.

A J♥ hit the river and Wantman's kicker played. He checked and "Kenar" knuckled back, which meant Wantman added to his stack.

They saw a flop of J♦4♦K♥, where Wantman checked and "Kenar" knuckled back to the 2♣ turn. Again they both checked to the 8♥ river, which meant Wantman's ace-high was good.

Wantman checked, and "Kenar' thought for a while before he checked back, giving up the pot.
