Chernikov Plays Aces Slowly

Aleksandr Chernikov raised from under the gun to 2,500 and Alessio Isaia called on the button. Nenad Dukic also called from the small blind.

The three saw a flop of 5♦8♦5♣, where it checked to Isaia, who bet 4,500. Dukic folded and Chernikov called.

Both checked the Q♣ turn and the 6♠ river, where Chernikov then showed A♦A♣ for a pair of aces at showdown. Isaia mucked.
