A hand that saw "Kenar" double up earlier was just recalled by the table.
Felipe Ketzer opened to 4,000 and "Kenar" called in the small blind before Vincent Huang three-bet to 28,000 out of the big blind. Ketzer called, then "Kenar" shoved for 250,000. Huang called, and Ketzer showed pocket tens before he mucked.

Huang was in a great spot to double up, especially with two tens already being mucked. However, the K♥4♥J♦8♥3♥ runout meant "Kenar" backdoored a flush, sending Huang to the rail.
Huang did hop right back in, though, and has 250,000 to work with.
