Roiter Doubles Without Seeing a Flop

Klemens Roiter raised to 385,000 on the button with 2♠2♣, leaving 100,000 behind, and Damir Gabdullin gave it some thought but eventually folded 9♦7♦ in the big blind.
Roiter again committed most of his stack with a raise to 635,000 the next hand, this time with A♠K♣, and the rest of the table quickly folded.
Alex Kulev then raised to 200,000 under the gun and Roiter shoved for 885,000 in the big blind with A♠6♠. Kulev tanked for a minute, but he ended up folding K♥10♦ as Roiter went back up past 1,000,000 without seeing a flop.
