The next hand, Koch raised to 20,000 and to his immediate left Anto O'Callaghan pushed all in. It folded around to Zimbler on the big blind, who grinned and took a coin out of his pocket. He flipped the coin and it came up call. Koch quickly called too, and it was three-way, on their backs.
