Hongbin Du
Hongbin Du

Three ways with 11,000 each invested to the 10♥8♦5♣ flop, the action checked around to the J♣ turn. Magnus Geldenhuys checked as did Hongbin Du before Jaryd Jardien bet 13,000. Geldenhuys folded and Du called.

The river brought the 9♠ and Du now fired a bet of 50,000. Jardien burned through two time banks and folded to get shown 6♠5♠ for the bottom pair.

"I am so bad at this game," Geldenhuys sighed.

On a multi-way flop of J♥9♥5♣, Ali Raza bet 1,600 and was check-called by both Rajeev Poonhath and Jay Kamli. The 6♦ turn repeated the same action for 3,500 albeit with Kamli getting out of the way.

Poonhath then checked the 3♥ river and let go when Raza bet 7,000.

"You are not afraid of the flush? Maybe you bet the flush," Poonhath inquired but received no reply.

In the meanwhile, Hafiz Juma was knocked out for a second time one table over.

Panayiotis Giannakopoulos bumped it up to 12,000 preflop on the button and Muhammad Yasir called from the big blind.

Moussa Soililti as the initial raiser said he wanted to raise but since the action changed, he could only call as they headed to the Q♥10♣4♠ flop as they all checked. On the 10♦ turn, Yasir checked and Soililti bet 10,500 which only Giannakopoulos called.

After the K♦ river, Soililti bet 30,000 and his opponent then jammed after he had previously lost some chips. The quick call followed and Giannakopoulos jokingly said he had a full house while vividly waving his 9♣9♠ in front.

It was no good, as he didn't get Soililti to fold the A♣K♠ for kings and tens. Giannakopoulos re-entered and randomly got the exact same seat.
