Dennehy Leaves an Opponent on Fumes

Level 4 : Blinds 400/800, 0 ante

Jake Dennehy bet 3,500 from the cutoff on a flop of AQ8 and was called by an early-position player and the hijack.

The turn was the 6 and the early-position player led out for 6,000. Dennehy called, and the river came the 5.

The early-position player then bet 10,000, but this time Dennehy moved all. His opponent leaned back in his seat, took a sip from his drink, and let out a loud sigh. "F**k it," he said as he tossed in the chips to call.

"I have a flush," Dennehy announced, showing Q10.

"You win," his opponent replied as he mucked 43. He got up to leave the table, but a recount showed he had Dennehy's remaining 21,900 barely covered.

Another tablemate then explained that Ho was all in earlier with jacks against aces but hit a jack to win the pot.
