John Dwyer Loses to Wilson, Then Takes Back

John Dwyer raised to 1,800 from middle position, and Simon Wilson in the cutoff was the only one to call.

On a board of 9♣3♥8♥4♣, Dwyer continued for 2,100, then fired a second barrel of 4,100. Wilson called the flop, but raised the turn to 15,500. Dwyer eventually folded.

On the next hand, Dwyer opened from under the gun, then called after Wilson three-bet to 5,400.

Wilson bet 4,200 on the 4♦J♥8♣ flop and he was called by Dwyer, but the 10♠10♣ runout didn't change anything as both players checked.

Wilson flipped over A♥K♦, but Dwyer with A♦J♦ had two pair so he won this pot.

Christian Dressler raised to 2,300 under the gun with only Mantas Stikelis calling out of the small blind.

The two players checked the J♣9♥8♥ flop to see the 4♣ hit the turn. Stikelis checked, and Dressler bet 4,200. Stikelis check-raised 35,000 which was enough to put Dressler all-in. Dressler had roughly 18,000 remaining in his stack and after pondering for almost two minutes, threw his cards into the muck.

Bilat led out for 2,000 on the 8♥5♠4♠ flop and Bergin called.

Both players checked the K♥ turn to see the Q♠ fall on the river. This was checked through again and Bilat flipped over two pair with Q♣8♣ and took down the pot.

The action was picked up with roughly 9,000 in the middle on a board that read 5♥J♥A♣. Andzej Bilat bet 3,100 from early position with Mindaugas Kriauciunas folding from the cutoff, and John Dwyer calling on the button.

Bilat checked the 7♥ turn and faced a bet of 5,600 from Dwyer. Bilat took a few moments before making the call.

Bilat checked again on the 7♠ river and Dwyer bet 11,100. Bilat thought it over for a while before he folded and surrendered the pot to Dwyer.
