Enriqu Squeezes and Collects From Boris Becker

Level 10 : 12,000/24,000, 24,000 ante
Enrique - Click & Collect Winner
Enrique - Click & Collect Winner

Enrique from Germany is on one hell of a ride.

Enrique is one of several “Click and Collect” players in Day 2 which means they logged on to their partypoker accounts a while back and found a free ticket to a satellite on the way to a seat in the Main Event of the German Poker Championships at King’s Casino.

From there he has battled his was through several stages to find himself sat here with a starting stack of 1,407,080.

Enrique picked up a few chip on his first table three-betting in position but that table broke and he was moved to seat one at his new table. In the nine seat was none other than partypoker ambassador Boris Becker.

Enrique found himself explaining his partypoker and Click and Collect patches to his suitably impressed new tablemates but he’s not here just to make friends and was soon in action at his new table declaring he was here for business.

There was an open from Julian Thomas to 50,000 before Becker called on the button. Enrique composed himself before three-betting to 210,000 from the small blind.

The big blind got out of the way and Thomas eyed up both Enrique and Beckers stack before folding.

“That’s a big raise.” Becker said as he toyed with his hole cards and gave the bet some thought.

There was no response from Enrique and after a few more seconds ticked by Becker released his cards and the pot was pushed to Enrique.

There is a long way to go yet but if Enrique or any other of the "Click and Collect" players make it to the final table they will also win a $10,000 Caribbean Poker Party Festival Package.

Welcome to the table!

Bicknell Busts; Joins Loeser's Table

Level 10 : 12,000/24,000, 24,000 ante

Kristen Bicknell got her remaining stack in with {A-Spades}{Q-Spades} and Martin Wrulich looked her up with {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}. There was no surprise on the board and Bicknell was eliminated, then re-entered and was moved to a new table right next to Manig Loeser.

Jerry Bruckheimer, one of the players here at King's with a nickname, made it through Day 1c and ran with {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} into the {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts} of Vojtech Ruzicka. Again the better hand held up and Ruzicka added some chips to his stack.

Hallaert Eliminated For Now

Level 10 : 12,000/24,000, 24,000 ante

Kenny Hallaert three-bet all in from the button after a raise by Manig Loeser to 55,000 from the cutoff and Tonio Roder in the big blind reshoved to force out Loeser.

Hallaert had the {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts} and Roder turned over {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}. The {K-Spades}{Q-Spades}{J-} flop gave both players a pair, while Hallaert turned a flush draw with the {4-Spades}. However, a blank {9-Clubs} river changed nothing anymore and Hallaert will soon re-enter.

King Re-Enters

Level 9 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Andrew King's third stack from the turbo heat was up to just over a million, but the Irishman was since spotted at the registration desk and re-entered. It is the first extra bullet for King, who in fact qualified three times via partypoker.

Among those that busted and didn't buy back in yet were Aleksandr Nemtcov, Artur Wasek and Stanislav Jaksa.

Filatov and Jachtmann on the Up

Level 9 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

The two partypoker sponsored pros Anatoly Filatov and Jan-Peter Jachtmann started well into Day 2 and increased their respective stacks. Jachtmann was spotted with a check-raise on the flop of {K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} and his opponent, who had put in a bet of 55,000 called the extra 95,000 on top of it.

After the {6-Diamonds} turn, Jachtmann check-raised all in to claim the bet of his opponent for 160,000 without showdown.

Blasko Takes One Down; Bojang Back

Level 9 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Matthias Rolenz limped from under the gun and Marek Blasko raised to 50,000 while Vojtěch Kratochvíl in the big blind called. Rolenz limp-raised to 155,000 and both opponents called.

The flop came {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{8-Spades} and was checked to Blasko, who bet 275,000 and claimed the pot without resistance.

One hand later, a short stack that had just arrived at the table moved all in for 350,000 and Ismael Bojang on the button called. Bojang had bought back in for Day 2 and tabled {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}, taking the flip against the {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} of the short stack. After a board of {9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}, the queens of Bojang held up and he boosted his stack slightly.

Michael Hoch Knocked Out

Level 9 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

On a flop of {7-Spades}{4-Hearts}{q-Spades} with three players involved Michael Hoch moved all in and Marcel Pfister moved all in behind as the third player folded.

Hoch tabled {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} top pair but stood up in resignation as Pfister showed {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}.

The turn card {q-Clubs} drew a few “ooohs” from a one player but the {5-Hearts} knocked Hoch out and the pot was pushed to Pfister.

Sonay Kehya Grabs a Huge Pot to Start Day

Level 9 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Sonay Kehya won a huge pot earlier in the level and the action was recounted shortly after it went down.

Sonay Kehya opened the action and got a call from Michael Hoch sat next to him before Mohamed Harrouchy three-bet with both players calling.

The flop was a rainbow {k-}{3-}{5-} and Harrouchy bet out. Kehya raised which saw Hoch fold but Harrouchy called to see the turn come a {5-}.

Harrouchy check-called another big bet on the turn and the river was a {9-}. Harrouchy again check-called a big bet and mucked when Kehya showed him {3-}{3-} for the flopped set.

That propelled Kehya to a stack of over 6 million.

Loeser Loses Some

Level 9 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

On the turn of a board {J-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}, Petr Vlček checked to Manig Loeser who bet 120,000. The Czech called and the {10-Spades} appeared on the river to see the local player lead for 205,000.

Loeser gave it plenty of consideration and eventually folded.

Benjamin Benoit continues right where he stopped in the High Roller Event and turbo heat 1c, he is building stacks. Facing a raise to 50,000 and a call, the Frenchman from New Caledonia clicked it up to 235,000 in the small blind and both opponents folded.
