According to the Argentinian he earlier had to fold Kings in a three-bet shove on a {5-}{5-}{3-}{4-}{3-} board, when his opponent check-shoved on the river. He eventually got his remaining 27 big blinds in with pocket nines against an opponent's Jack-Ten, only for Dubini to emerge second best.

We spotted Bertrand Grospellier's seat was empty and Ilya Gorodetskiy told us that the Frenchman three-bet jammed over an Aleksei Istomin raise. Istomin called and showed {a-}{10-} and Grospellier held {k-}{q-}.
