Vyacheslav Nikulin raised from the button to 450,000, and Iliya Iliyaguev called from the small blind. Oleg Netaliev was in the big blind and raised to 1,950,000. Jonas Kuznik grinded a short stack for a long time and was very short on the money bubble. A series of doubles brought him back into contention only for the Czech to lose most of his stack with queens to nines.
