In a battle of the blinds, Arkadiy Stekolshchikov moved all in for the last 1.475 million and Martin Hogarty looked him up out of the big blind with the slightly superior stack.

Konstantin Puchkov moved all in for 1.35 million from early position and Oleksii Kravchuk repushed from the button for more than 4 million. Nikolay Evdokimov claimed after the hand he had folded ace-king in the big blind and that also happened to be the hand Puchkov revealed in the showdown.

The board came and Puchkov failed to improve, as a result he became the bubble boy of the Main Event here in Sochi.
The action folded around to Aleksandr Babich in the cutoff, and he moved all in for 970,000. Konstantin Uspenskii was on the button and called.

Babich didn't to hit on the board to prevent bubbling the Main Event, and the flop brought him no joy. The turn gave him additional outs with the flush draw, and the river queen of spades gave him top pair to secure a double on the clutches of defeat.
Two big stacks collided on a big pot, but eventually there was no all in showdown. Picking up the action on the flop, Konstantin Uspenskii had checked out of the big blind and Andrey Chernokoz continued for 500,000. Uspenskii check-raised to 1.575 million and picked up a call.
The turn was checked through and the appeared on the river. Uspenskii used two time banks before checking and Chernokoz used one time bank before betting 2.5 million. That was the end of the drama, however, as Uspenskii folded.
One table over is another big stack from Russia and that happens to be partypoker ambassador Anatoly Filatov.
Igor Yaroshevskyy, Koray Aldemir and Manig Loeser participated in the Triton High Roller events and they have something else in common: They just busted before the money when being all in at the same time on three different tables.

Despite flopping top pair, Aldemir still needed running outs as the flop came . The turn ensured his elimination and that made the river a formality.
Last but not least, it was Loeser that had pushed all in for 1.050 million from the cutoff and it was Pavel Zuev that called on the button, the blinds folded.

Loeser, who cashed in the Triton Super High Roller tournament, earlier this week could not find the board he needed to survive and was sent to the rail just before the money spots.
With hand-for-hand play underway, Vojtech Skalak moved all in for 2,800,000 on the flop down , his opponent decided against making the call and Skalak moved up to 3,200,000.
