As players return for Day 3 of the 2019 partypoker LIVE MILLIONS Vegas at Aria, there will be one thing on the minds of the remaining 83 hopefuls...make the money! Only four eliminations away from the bubble being burst, the action should be a grind when the cards get in the air.
At least for one player, Jeremy Pekarek, he will be happy to use and abuse the bubble pressure to add some more chips to his already massive stack. Pekarek bagged a massive chip lead after Day 2 with 2,560,000 chips coming on the heels of one massive coin flip. The next closest stack belongs to Ran Ilani with 1,742,000 and rounding out the top three is Sergio Aido with 1,590,000 and he is no stranger to winning some of these big events.
There are only a few partypoker pros still remaining in the field including Josip Simunic (970,000), Joao Simao (701,000), and Hristivoje Pavlovic (559,000). The field, in general, is still littered with notables at each and every table which means every pot will be a battle. Freddy Deeb, Ankush Mandavia, Rainer Kempe, Tom Marchese, and Jeremy Ausmus are just a few of the big stacks still remaining.
The action will get underway at 12 p.m. local time with the blinds resuming at 6,000/12,000 with a 12,000 big blind ante. The levels will be 60 minutes in length with a 15-minute break after every two levels and a 75-minute dinner break after the sixth level. There will be another 10 levels on the schedule for today with the hopes of a winner being crowned tomorrow.
