Sirzat Hissou: {A-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Jan-Eric Schwippert: {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}

While Hissou had doubled several times in the levels before the dinner break, his luck ran out after a board of {K-Spades}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, and the second player in a row on the outer tanles had to send his chips over to Schwippert.

Kitai Gets Jiang to Fold Best Hand

Level 29 : 600,000/1,200,000, 1,200,000 ante

Over on the feature table Honglin Jiang raised on the button and Davidi Kitai called in the big blind. Kitai check-called a bet on the {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop with his {J-Spades}{10-Hearts}, having flopped second pair, and Jiang held the {Q-Spades}{J-Hearts} for the better kicker. The duo checked the {8-Diamonds} turn and Kitai's bet of 6.2 into 13.6 million on the {K-Clubs} river won the pot after Jiang folded.

Level 28 : 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante

Honglin Jiang
Honglin Jiang

Vitalii Pankov raised to 2.2 million in the cutoff and Honglin Jiang three-bet to 6.2 million from the button. Pankov called and the flop fell {Q-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Spades}. Pankov checked and called a bet of 4.2 million by Jiang before checking the {9-Diamonds} on the turn. Jiang moved all in and Pankov asked for a count, the shove was for 24.2 million.

After using two time banks, Pankov called and was in prime shape to reduce the field by one.

Honglin Jiang: {K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}
Vitalii Pankov: {K-Spades}{Q-Spades}

The {10-Spades} river gave Jiang an unlikely straight and he stood up from his chair, gasping "oh my god." Pankov didn't show any emotions at all and just paid off the all in.
