The late registration period of the WPT #29 Super High Roller has come to close with 43 entries which means that the $1,000,000 guarantee has been surpassed as $1,075,000 has been collected.

Seven players will get paid at least $56,545 with the eventual winner at the end of the night walking away with $381,400.

Niklas Astedt currently leads the WPT #23 High Roller which has attracted 58 entries up till now. The $10,300 buy-in event has a cool $1,000,000 guarantee and they're well on their way to reaching it as the registration period is still open for around two more hours.

Astedt is followed by Juan Pardo, Daniel Smiljkovic, Sergi Reixach, and partypoker Ambassador Kristen Bicknell.

Brewer Wins WPT Online Series High Roller

Christopher Brewer defeated a star-studded field in the WPT Online Series Event #5: $10,300 WPT High Roller for $249,791 at partypoker.

Brewer came close to WPT gold a few weeks ago when he took sixth place in the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown $25,500 No Limit Hold'em - High Roller for $128,935.

The High Roller provided extra value to all the players advancing to Day 2 in the money thanks to the 99 entries falling one player shy of the $1 million guarantee slapped on this event.

With 30 minutes of late registration left in the WPT #29 Super High Roller, 38 entries have been collected which means that the tournament is close to reaching the $1,000,000 guarantee.

Artur Martirosian is in the lead and followed by Linus Loeliger, Samuel Vousden, Benjamin Rolle, and Christoph Vogelsang in the top five.

partypoker Ambassadors Jason Koon and Isaac Haxton have both busted their first bullet but are both back in for a second bullet while Kristen Bicknell and Mikita Badziakouski are on their first.

Entain Plc and McLaren Racing have entered a multi-year partnership that sees the partypoker and PartyCasino brands appear on McLaren Racing's Formula 1 cars.

The partnership officially launched today at the iconic Monaco Grand Prix, quite a fitting race to showcase the new deal. Entain's PartyCasino branding will be displayed on the protective halos of both McLaren MCL35M cars, and on the helmet of lead driver Daniel Ricciardo.

Ricciardo finished in 12th place today while his teammate Lando Norris finished on the podium in third place.

WPT #23 High Roller Commences Now

Another tournament with a $1,000,000 guarantee has seen its starting signal being called as the WPT #23 High Roller has just commenced with 25 entries in the field, five minutes later than originally planned.

The $10,300 buy-in gives players 100,000 chips in their starting stacks and they can enter or reenter once during the first 12 levels of 16 minutes each. Those 16-minute levels will continue until the end of Level 19 and increase to 20 minutes from Level 20 onwards.

Day 1 will come to an end once the money has been reached. and play will resume on Monday, May 24 at 9:05 p.m. CEST.

Fellow team member Jason Koon has joined Mikta Badziakouski and Kristen Bicknell to fly the flag for partypoker. Other players to have entered the tournament are Rok Gostisa, Shawn Daniels, Samuel Vousden, Christian Rudolph, and Matthias Eibinger.

Benjamin Chalot is the first player of the day to bust as Benjamin Rolle and Artur Martirosian join Haxton for the top three in the counts.
