Zerjav Doubles Through Kocab

Level 17 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante

The action started with a raise to 210,000 by Robert Heidorn and Jaime Staples came along from one seat over. Blaz Zerjav then jammed for 19 big blinds in the hijack and Jiri Kocab reshoved in the cutoff for almost 34 big blinds, which isolated successfully.

Blaz Zerjav: {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Joro Koab: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

The pair held thanks to a board of {k-Spades}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{8-Hearts} to keep Zerjav in contention.

Jorstad Jumps into Top Three

Espen Uhlen Jorstad was sitting in the middle position and had called the shove of Anna Nikolay in the cutoff for the 2,011,302 she had behind while the rest of the table had laid their cards away.

Anna Nikolay: {k-Spades}{10-Spades}
Espen Uhlen Jorstad: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

The board ran out {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} for Nikolay to flop two pair but to not bring any further help as Jorstad held with the higher two pair.

Staples Jams Into Zerjav

Level 17 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante

In the last hand prior to the scheduled five-minute break, Jaime Staples led the {j-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} turn for 1.2 million out of the big blind. Blaz Zerjav called from the under-the-gun position and they headed to the {6-Clubs} river.

Staples quickly got the last 3 million in, which covered Zerjav. After spending some time in the think tank, Zerjav folded and Staples chipped back up without showdown.

Selouan Takes From Dvoress

Level 17 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante

Rodrigo Selouan opened to 200,000 and was called by daniel Dvoress and Miha Travnik out of the blinds. On a flop of {a-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, Dvoress and Travnik checked to Selouan, who continued for 226,875. Only Dvoress made the call and both checked the {6-Clubs} on the turn. Dvoress then led the {6-Hearts} river for a mere 280,000, which Selouan called.

Dvoress tabled the {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} but Selouan had that beat with {k-Hearts}{5-Hearts}.

Dvoress Jumps Back Into the Lead

Level 18 : 60,000/120,000, 15,000 ante
Reixach vs Dvoress
Reixach vs Dvoress

Daniel Dvoress experienced a small dent into his stack when he doubled David Milby with third pair versus second pair and then raised it up right after. Sergi Reixach three-bet to 660,000 and Dvoress four-bet to 1,920,000.

Reixach five-bet jammed for more than 6.6 million and was snap-called by Dvoress.

Sergi Reixach: {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
Daniel Dvoress: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{2-Clubs} left Reixach in desperate shape and it was all over on the {j-Spades} turn, which made the {6-Hearts} river a formality.

Weichhart Doubles Through Nemeth

Level 18 : 60,000/120,000, 15,000 ante

Andras Nemeth called the shove of Oliver Weichhart in the small blind from the button with the bigger stack.

Oliver Weichhart: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Andras Nemeth: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out {q-Hearts}{4-Spades}{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for Weichhart to hold with the tens for the higher two pair than on the board to double up.
