Greenwood Eliminated by Koon

Level 16 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

In a three-bet pot to the {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop, Luc Greenwood checked and Jason Koon on the button bet 360,000 into a pot of 1,080,000. Greenwood made the call and check-called for another 520,000 on the {4-Hearts} turn.

With 885,482 behind, Greenwood checked the {8-Spades} river and Koon moved all-in with the slightly superior stack. Greenwood used a portion of the remaining time bank and called it off with the {q-Spades}{10-Clubs} only to get shown kings by Koon.

Doubles Back and Forth Between Martynenko and Cuellar

Level 16 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Diego Cuellar was all-in for just shy of 1.4 million with the {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} and Vlad Martynenko looked him up with the {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}. Those cards were live but didn't connect on a board of {9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{4-Hearts},

Martynenko was short and at risk right after, holding the {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} against Cuellar's {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. An eight high flop all but sealed his fate but he rivered the nut flush.

Level 15 : 35,000/70,000, 8,750 ante

Martin Brinkmann was sitting in the small blind with Marton Czuczor behind him in the big blind. They both had their chips over the line with Czuczor at risk with the shorter stack.

Marton Czuczor: {a-Spades}{7-Spades}
Martin Brinkmann: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out {k-Spades}{8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{8-Clubs} for Brinkmann to flop top pair and improve to two pair while Czuczor bricked his flopped flush draw to stay alive.
