The Parx Big Stax 300 has hit the home stretch, with 40 players remaining from the original field of 2,257 entires.

Sunday's Day 2 flight saw a total of 453 entries trim down to the final five tables after 11 hours of play. The night ended with Dan Sweeney (4,570,000) baggng the chip lead, riding a late surge to end Day 2 with a commanding chip stack from Parx Casino in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

Other top stacks included Albert Harary (3,350,000), Joe Galazzo (3,305,000), and David Larson (3,110,000).

The field played through 11 one-hour levels Sunday, and play will resume at Level 26 for Monday's Day 3 finale, which will restart with the blinds at 25000/50000/50000.

After five days of play in the Parx East building, the final day of the tournament will move over to the the Parx Casino poker room. Play will resume at noon, with 60-minute levels played until the final table is reahced. Once the tournament is down to the final nine, 90-minute levels will be played.
